Hi, I’m Courtney. I believe that sharpening your standards, empowers leaders and teams to redefine their core values and non-negotiables -  creating a customer journey that is distinctive, intentional and second to none!

For more than 30 years, I've led events, teams, and client experiences where failure was not an option.
